 The world is now too dangerous and beautiful for anything but love. May your eyes be so blessed you see God in everyone. Your ears, so you hear the cries of the poor. May your hands be so blessed  that everything you touch is a sacrament. Your lips, so you speak nothing but the truth with love. May your feet be so blessed that you run to those who need you. And may your heart be so opened, so set on fire,  that your love, your love changes everything.

 Acquire the Spirit of Peace and  a thousand around you are saved.

 Open unto me - light for my darkness Open unto me - courage for my fear Open unto me - hope for my despair Open unto me - peace for my turmoil Open unto me - joy for my sorrow Open unto me - wisdom for my confusion Open unto me - tenderness for my toughness Open unto me - love for my hates Open unto me - Holy Companion - open unto me

 Thanks and blessing be to the Sun & the Earth for this bread & this wine,          this fruit, this meat, this salt, this food; thanks be and blessing to them who prepare it, who serve it; thanks and blessing to them who share it (& also the absent & the dead). Thanks and blessing be to them who bring it (may they not want), to them who plant and tend it, harvest and gather it (may they not want), thanks and blessing to them who work & blessing to them who cannot; may they not want - for their hunger sours the wine & robs the salt of its taste. Thanks be for the sustenance & strength for our dance & the work of justice, of peace.

 I am returning to kindness a place where I am strong in my softness I will start by kissing all of my scars and washing them in rain collecting dust from long journeys off my feet. The way they carry weariness from crossing rivers that should have had bridges. I will return to build crossing\paths over waters that remind me to be kind.

May the blessing of light be on you, light without and light within. May the blessed sunshine shine on you and warm your heart til it flows like a great peat fire, so that the stranger may come and warm himself at it, and also a friend.

Christ has no body on earth but yours, no hands but yours, no feet but yours. Yours are the eyes through which to look out Christ's compassion to the world. Yours are the feet with which he is to go about  doing good; Yours are the hands with which he is to bless men now.
