 Some keep the Sabbath going to church - I keep it, staying at Home - With a Bobolink for a Chorister - And an Orchard, for a Dome -  Some keep the Sabbath in Surplice - I just wear my Wings -  And instead of tolling the Bell, for Church, Our little Sexton - sings.  God preaches, a noted Clergyman -  And the sermon is never long, So instead of getting to Heaven, at last -  I'm going, all along.

Sit in an alpine meadow or by the side of a dying friend. Taste the wind Her letting go breath Imagine a glacier scouring the valley Her first inhale A butterfly alights on your hand: become a flower, nourishment for its' life. Her gaze, turning toward eternity finds you: become a bridge for her prayer You will not rush the butterfly or your friends' last glimpses of this life. So: why rush this ?
